TestConnection测试时发现有如下错误

首先看看拨码开关是否为debug模式，1-5位为01111
然后检查一下仿真器的硬件连接是否牢靠
断电重启一下

已经换了两个仿真器，然后把拨码开关也调到了01111，但是还是一样的结果
