N5771A IEEE锁定

  Hello Adam,

Assuming this is not a brand new instrument; a number of situations could present this behavior:

1) Not all positions of SW1 are firmly in the "down" position.
2) Instrument could have been damaged by using the J1 Analog connector incorrectly.
3) Instrument repair could have been attempted, without complete success.

There is no "reset" to restore normal operation from your currently described situation.

I am experiencing the same issue with an Agilent N5752A power supply. When it is powered on, all of the lights flash and then it displays 'IEEE' on the screen before hanging. 'IEEE' remains on the screen and none of the buttons appear to work.

Were you ever able to resolve the problem?
