Hi Rudy,
There were few fatal errors with the same message and these were fixed in latest version.
It was related to a RAM256X1S with an unpadded INITSTATE = 0 property which should automatically  be set by tools.
 
Can you check if there are any distributed RAMs in your design? As a workaorund, you could specifically set the INIT values or try a latest version?
