The DRP is part of the DCM or PLL. Normally if you use the clocking wizard, you would need to
specify that you want the signals for the DRP brought out to the design. Using the DRP is not
very simple because the bits for each parameter are often scattered among many words at
the DRP interface. When I have used it, I generally made clock wizards with complete settings
for each configuration I wanted, then read all the values from the DRP and stored them for
use when changing settings.
