嗨，
登录www.xilinx.com/getlicense以生成webpack许可证。
PS：Ubuntu不是受支持的操作系统。
这可能是XLCM无法工作的原因。

login to www.xilinx.com/getlicense to generate a webpack license.
 
PS: Ubuntu is not a supported OS. This may be the reason for XLCM not to work.
