You can add  user calibration kits as required to the PNA N5225A family. You will need the calibration kit coefficients such as offset delay, offset loss, capacitance modeling factors for the open and stray inductance factors for the short, etc. That information will have to come directly from Anritsu. 

Once you have that data you can manually enter a new kit or modify an existing calibration kit within the PNA analyzer.
