摘 要: 基于霍尔元件和霍尔传感器的原理与特点,以集成霍尔传感器U GN —3501M 为例,论述了将其应用于直流电流自 动检测的方法,并通过实验验证了该方法。实验结果表明,将霍尔传感器用于直流电流的检测,检测电路不会影响直流回路, 只要正确使用霍尔传感器技术参数,并采用对温度、不等位电势的补偿以及线性化处理技术,即可获得良好的检测性能。
Abstract :Based on the principle and characteristics of Hall part s and Hall sensor s ,this paper takes the integrated Hall sensor U GN —3501M as the example , elaborates the method for the direct current automatic detection using it , and has confirmed this method through the experiment . The experimental result indicates that the detecting elect ric circuit is not to be able to affect the direct current return route , and a good detecting performance would be gained if the technology parameter s of the Hall sensor are used correctly and if the technologies of compensating for temperature and non - equipotential elect ric potential as well as linearized processing technologies are used.
