编译esp-at源码时出错的原因？

在编译esp-at源码时，出现如下的错误提示;

提示未能找到该文件，看输出的日志，个人认为是文件路径中斜杠符号丢失所致，请问这个该如何解决呢。

编译环境：WIN7 64bit， MSYS2
