win10 vscode编译esp-at失败请问有对应最新版的教程吗？

用下面网页的教程安装流程，安装成功，

使用ESP-IDF launch GUI configation tool失败，停留在 ESP-IDF :Menuconfig: loading initial values.. 提示窗口。

command 编译，使用 ./build.py menuconfig 命令也无法成功。

请问是不是当前版本的安装流程不同？

哪里有对应当前版本 esp-at 使用 vscode 的esp-idf扩展编译的教程？
