I have a list of tests to be run, if the tech wants to run one of the
ten

selected.
Setting them to null satisfies the global.  I think I got it working, as
always

create a null value - like an emtpy string constant ( "" ) and set them.

More importantly though--- WHY would you want to set a variable to a
null value? I ask as this is very unusual inside of VEE and what you are
trying to accomplish may well be done in a more graceful manner.

  Upgrade.When we did the upgrade, it was from ver 4 to ver 7 and it was more or less without any issues.The only thing that we had to do was to rename a couple of UFs that where badly named. Depends on how you're configured. Under File->Default Preferences, if Delete Variables at PreRun is checked, then whenever the program starts there are no variables. Declared variables have no value until you set them. Variant variables can be Null or Empty - not the same thing. Null means null value 0 or "". Empty means they've never been set.
