There you can set the three detectors to whatever you want and the dwell (measurement) time for each independantly. These values are also shared with the Measure at Marker measurement. You cannot have the pre-scan and meters running at the same time, the instrument would have to be tuned to multiple places at once to do this. To set the measurement time for the meters go to *Mode Setup, Meters Control, Dwell Time*. The default for this is 10 ms but you can adjust it to be anything up to 100 seconds.
