The maximum allowable current output for any given IO pin will probably depend on your IO standard for that pin but as the pin drive strengths are generally configurable up to 24mA, this seems like a good enough start point to assume as your maximum. It will also depend on how many pins in each bank are outputs and how fast they will switch. Do you have a specific application in mind?
