Do you have a picture of the FULL part marking? What do you mean the data sheets do not have the information listed? There is a whole page dedicated to detailing the package markings in DS123. On page31 it shows 3 examples! The first one which applies to the 20 pin Pb-Free TSSOP package that you look to be using from your stated "XCF02SVOG20C" part. If your part marking does not follow the marking format below you may have a counterfeit part in which case investigate your order fulfillment source.

Is it on device part marking. If that is the case there are multiple lines of part marking. Please specify clearly on which line you are talking about.  If possible please share snap shot of your device part marking.
