yes, it helps to clean out the messages from the warnings, but it didn't really "supressed" the warning.
What I mean is that it still shows on the warnings counter, but it simply doesn't print on the report.
 
If it interests for someone else, please follow the instructions below:
 
To Filter MessagesFrom Project Navigator , enable message filtering for the project as follows:In the upper left pane of the Design Summary, select Summary.In the lower left pane, select Enable Message Filtering.Note Alternatively, you can select Enable Message Filtering in the New Project Wizard — Project Settings page or New Project dialog box when you create your project or after you create your project in the Design Properties dialog box.In the Processes pane, run the implementation processes, which generate the messages to filter.To set up message filters, click a title under the Errors and Warnings heading in the upper left pane of the Design Summary, right-click the message to filter in the right pane, and select one of the following commands:Filter All Instances of This Message - to filter out all messages with the same library name and message number, regardless of the message text.Filter This Instance Only - to filter out all messages with the same library name, message number, and text.Edit Message Filters - to open the Edit Message Filters dialog box, which allows you to define custom filters.Note To open the Edit Message Filters dialog box, you must have only one message selected.When you run the software, the filtered messages are suppressed from the Console panel and from reports. To view new messages generated by the most recent software run, select All Implementation Messages or All CPLD Messages under the Errors and Warning heading in the upper left pane of the Design Summary.
