Sysgen中的FFt ip兼容性问题

Yes ideally you need to use the IP in the ISE version it is released.
if you wnat to use it in other versions you need to regenrate it

Also in your case 14.2 is a way far from 9.2 so I do not think you would be able directly regenearte the IP as IP repositories will not exist. so  you nede to generate new IP with your old xco settings and bring it in sysgen as a black box.
Else you need to use the block that is available in 14.2 sysgen
