ICD3在特定设备上被阻止

    Hi all,
I'm experiencing some troubles using my ICD3 on MPLAB X 3.15 (Win7 64 bit).

I've developed a project based on dsPIC30F6010A, and all work fine; since I begin to work on a new project based on a dsPIC33EP256MU810, my ICD3 is no more able to recognise and to program the device...
by changing the ICD3, the new tool works fine.

I've tryied to program an old board based on a  dsPIC30F6010, and the problem persists.

Coming back to the project based on the dsPIC306010A, Returning to the project according to dsPIC306010A, the whimsical ICD3 works well.

It seems that my tool is "blocked" to work on a dsPIC30F6010A.
I've already verified that the proper firmware is downloaded on the tool, but devices different from dsPIC30... are not recognised.

How can I restore my ICD3 to the factory settings?
