Those errors look to me like your paths are not setup corrently for MATLAB to know where to find System Generator, and vice-versa.
 
Make sure you run the System Generator MATLAB Configurator before you start MATLAB.
Also, did you run the hdlsetuptoolpath ('ToolName', TOOLNAME, 'ToolPath', TOOLPATH) command in the MATLAB command window?
 
For ISE 14.1, it would be:
>>hdlsetuptoolpath('ToolName', 'Xilinx ISE', 'ToolPath', 'C:Xilinx14.1ISE_DSISEbinnt64ise.exe')
 
(assuming your ISE tools are in their default location).
 
Note: hdlsetuptoolpath changes the system path and system environment variables for the current MATLAB session only. To execute hdlsetuptoolpath automatically when MATLAB starts, add hdlsetuptoolpath to your startup.m  script.

I am also using Xilinx with Simulink..I am getting errors in generating bitstream..I thought that I need to configure ISE in MATLAB too using "hdlsetuptoolpath" but I cannot do this. As I am using MATLAB 2010a and Xilinx 13.1..I have read that hdlsetuptoolpath is for MATLAB 2011 and above..what is the way to do this configurfation for MATLAB 2010a?
