Only in VMWare. I have opened a ticket with them, but am not sure if the problem is VMWare or the Cypress FX3 driver. We experienced this same thing early on in our hardware development with Windows 10 and VMWare, as well, and upgrading the FX3 driver for our scanner corrected the problem. The problem has now reoccurred. I do not have a USB trace for each scenario. The slow performance is very noticable though. Does Cypress have a utility program available to trace/capture the info you need? Thank you. |
