即使在禁用我的防病毒软件后，问题仍然存在..........以下错误.........

Even after disabling my Anti-virus , the issue persists.......... with the below error.........
 
"INFO : Opened socket connection .localhost 5001 localhost /127.0.0.1
INFO : Trying to open Xilinx USB Platform Cable on port USB2
ERROR : Failed to detect cable."
 
The only difference that i noticed after disabling the Anti-Virus was that socket connection is getting established but cable is not getting detected.
 
Kindly  guide me to fix the issue.

Another solution to this problem is to attempt communication on another TCP/IP port. You can do this by launching the server manually (follow the "Analyzer Server Interface" section of the ChipScope Pro User's Guide).
 
Try changing the TCP/IP port.

Try checking the following:
 
 - is the LED on the cable on, and if yes what color. 
 - in Windows device manager check if the device is properly initialized (no yellow exclamation mark, etc.). Also, try plugging the cable into a different USB port.

Sarusha reports that the USB cable is properly recognised when running  the IMPACT tool.  This strongly suggests that the USB port, Windows device recognition, target board connection, power supply, etc. are all in good order.

Am I correct in the understanding that are you able to configure your target FPGA and read its device ID, using IMPACT and your USB Platform Cable?  This would confirm full hardware functionality.

Solution was as simple as disabling the anti-virus , as I had not restarted my system after disabling the anti-virus.......the problem had persisted.
