编程设备失败

亲爱的大家
我正在使用12.2版本的ISE和spartan -3套件，我正在尝试使用基本软件或门软件通过LPT端口对器件进行编程。

I'm using 12.2 ver of the ISE and the spartan -3 kit, i'm trying to program the device via the LPT port with a basic or gate software.
and it fails.
