  Hi Dara and Dr Joel,

Thanks for the responses. I'll feed that back to my team. I also downloaded the 'Uncertainty Calculator' from the link Dara posted. However, when I tried to open up the excel file under Excel 2010, I get a 'Protected View' error, stating the following:

'Office has detected a problem with this file. Editing it may be dangerous. To help keep your computer safe this file has been opened in Protected View.'

I just ignored the error and then tried to click the 'Select Network Analyzer' button. I get another error of 'Run-time error '53': File not found: VNAUncert.DLL'. 

I can't run the .MSI installer program because it requires administrative access, which I don't have, since my computer is controlled by my company's IT department. 

Can that missing dll file be posted so I can try out the excel file?

  here it is.  But it might need to be registered (I'm no expert on getting dll to work) and you might need to be an admin to do that.

  Hi Dr Joel,

Thanks for trying. Looks like the Agilent forums is preventing you from uploading the file, since it renamed the attachment 'block files.txt'. And I can't download it since it leads to an invalid link. I'll just install it on my home computer and copy it over to my work computer later on.
