Confirm what is on the board. Chokes: Must be used as noted in the datasheet. Keep in mind almost all the heat is through the bottom slug. Heat is disappated by the QFN to the PCB through the via's. XRAY to confirm solder area. AN19.20 recommends a 36 via pattern. |
