Hi @hulk789,
 
If you are connecting board in local machine then you can open hardware manager from Vivado and the load the .bit and .ltx file.
 
If you are connecting board remotely then Run hardware server on the machine to which board is connected.
It will display the port number along with server name
In the client side open hardware manager and use remote server and then proceed.

Hi this is what i have installed. Will Hardware manager be installed with this. I want to program from local machine. vivado 2016.2 requires installation size of around 32GB. I do not have that much space free.
