If anyone out there has a PIC16F18xxx and knows, or could measure, the power consumption for 500 kHz and/or 1 MHz at around 3V I would be very grateful. I do not welcome the thought of having to buy a special board and messing around with configuration and setup to get what I consider to be basic specs that should be in the datasheet ;-( Power consumption @ 500 kHz, 1 MHz, 4 MHz, and 8 MHz are found in the datasheets for most other PIC MCUs (and other MCUs), why not for the 16F1xxxx families? All their datasheets are silent on this. What I am doing---and perhaps should have been clearer about it---is a high-level, datasheet-based initial assessment. I like the various bells and whistles the 16F1xxxx families have but need to know more about power consumption below 16 MHz. So, if someone knows the power consumption of any 16F1xxxx or 16LF1xxxx at 1 MHz (or 500 kHz) using the HFINTOSC, I would be most grateful.... |
