Xilinx licenses are nodelocked to machine, so you cannot use the license that was generated for other machine.
 
Regarding licenses greyed out, check this answer record: http://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/61574.html
If the provided answer record didnt help, try these steps:
 
1. run the script with sudo permissions: install_fnp.sh (you will find it in Vivado installation directory)
2. Create a request using the command: xlicclientmgr -cr request.xml
3. Open this request.xml in any web browser.
4. Login with your credentials.
Now you will observe that the licenses are not greyed out.

From the attached files, it is clear that these files do not have system information.
For this reason, the activation licenses are greyed out.

As per the answer record, it says " flexlm checks only eth0 interfaces". Check your interfaces by running the command: ifconfig

I followed your instructions, and now it works, it wasn't greyed out, so I was able to generate license xml, download it and activate it in vivado license manager.
 
I don't have any clue on what have I done while I was following your instructions but now it is working. Thank you very much.
