我启动了11.1_wiclient xsetup.exe（有/无管理员权限以及Vista兼容模式），选择了WebPack并尝试使用直接连接到互联网以及使用IE代理设置和对话框说：
WebInstall无法从Web检索必要的安装信息。 有关此问题的进一步帮助，请联系Xilinx技术支持。 以上来自于谷歌翻译 以下为原文 I launched 11.1_wiclientxsetup.exe (with/without admin privileges as well as Vista compatibilities mode), selected WebPack and tried either with Direct Connection to the internet as well as Use IE proxy settings and a dialog box says: WebInstall could not retrieve the necessary install information from the web. Please contact Xilinx technical support for further assistance on this issue.
