  Unfortunately, the SCPI doesn't match the GUI exactly.

The commands that you are looking for are called:
DISP:WIND:TRAC:MEM   -> this command turns on or off the memory trace
and 
DISP:WIND:TRAC:[STATe]  -> this command turns on or off the data trace


This set of SCPI commands shows how to setup a trace and view the memory trace:
SYST:FPR  'clears all traces and windows
DISP:WIND ON ' creates window #1
CALC:PAR:DEF 'myS11',S11     'The next two lines create an S11 measurement and they name it "myS11"
DISP:WIND:TRAC1:FEED 'myS11'     
CALC:MATH:MEM    ' Store off a copy of the trace as memory
DISP:WIND:TRAC1:MEM 1   ' Turn on the memory trace
DISP:WIND:TRAC1 OFF   'Turn off the data trace

  Actually - what you need is this command "CALC:PAR:MEM[:STAT]  

so you would select the trace using "calc:par:sel" or "calc:par:mnum" and then you could turn the memory trace on or off using the command I proposed above.
