If you open up Connection expert/IO libraries and have your instrument selected, on the right hand side there is a link that says Start IO Monitor. Click on that, once IO monitor opens go to tools/options make sure Visa COM, Keysight Visa, and SICL are all check marked. Then start IO monitor by hitting the play button, then open up and run Benchlink Datalogger. Once finished with datalogger, go back to IO monitor, hit stop, then save the file and upload it so I can have a look at what's happening.
