是否有Windows或基于Java的Bootloader主机应用程序提供与MCC Bootloader兼容的功能？

As I mentioned, I learned via trial and error hence I find it very cumbersome to always press the reset button (and bootloader pin button) to bring the pic in bootloader operation. Has anyone modified, or can modify the unified host app to assert the RTS and DTR pins so we can upload the hex file similar to arduino? Or does anyone know if there are a windows or java based bootloader host app that provides such functionality that is compatible with the mcc bootloader?
