If by chance you are using Keysight as a calibration provider for your 3458A's you might consider purchasing their service agreement along with the calibration service. A 2 year agreement is about $350.00 on top of the calibration cost. Once they are satisfied the 3458A is functioning properly the service agreement should cover the replacement of the dim displays. I have asked them in the past to address certain service notes for the 3458A like the Cal Ram Battery issue when they have the DMM at the Loveland standards lab which they've always done, and they have replaced dim displays covered under this service agreement as well. If you haven't already addressed service note 15D you might want to consider it as this is potentially a painful failure at some point especially if your 3458A's are older. Good luck with it, Randy
