PIC18F25K20/80没有对程序做出反应，没有任何作用

Either way, I had my circuit and program working perfectly on a breadboard. I soldered it across onto a veraboard and now nothing works. I am using a PIC18F25K20 with a PicKit3 programmer. Any advice on how to fix this will be much appreciated. I pray it is not the PICKit, seems unlikely though, as they are not easy to break and I am working with max 6V here, with a 3.3V regulator.
