Hi, CCS v5 or V4 suppor the daisy chain.
In CCS when you setup the target configuration, you simply add a bypass device. Here is a screen shot from CCSv5.1: I clicked "New" to add the emulator, and then with the emulator selected I clicked "Add" to add the C28xx and the bypass. Make sure the set the number of bypass bits for the CPLD.
