  Hello, 

I did try what was suggested in the other post. But it didn't work on my computer. I was able to move the .exe file to C:Program FilesAgilent and changed the properties and double click the .exe file to start the "installation wizard". But after a few seconds, the process just froze, not doing anything any more.

I restarted my computer a few times and repeated the above process, the same thing happen every time - the process froze.

any other thoughts on this?
