Spartan 6 VCCINT系列会对器件产生什么影响?

On the Spartan 6, it shows a VCCINT range of 1.14V to 1.26V.

I want to run the part  at 1.1V, and need to know how that might impact the part. I'm sure it's a different condition than an overvoltage, which could hurt it. I think it might only affect guaranteed timing parameters, but I'm not sure if that's all, or if it would affect DCM performance as well.

Since we can no longer submit a webcase, I have to ask here.

The part may not even boot at 1.1V as the circuitry that controls configuration monitors the VCC_INT voltage prior to allowing configuration to begin (see User Guide 380, pages 81 - 83).  And yes, DCMs would be one thing to consider, but there's the possibility the FPGA could brown out when trying to operate below recomended VCC_INT.  Why don't you consider the Spartan 6 -1L lower power parts with a requirement of only 1.0V VCC_INT?

即使您提交了Web Case,Xilinx也会简单地说:“如果该部件在规格之外运行,我们不保证任何事情。”

Even if you submitted a Web Case, Xilinx will simply say, "We do not guarantee anything if the part is operated outside of specification."
