请问我的案例中是否可以使用BenchLink Data Logger来检索数据？

嗨，我正在尝试将34970A连接到带RS-232的笔记本电脑。
两种方法1。
RS232转USB转换器如另一篇文章所示，安捷伦连接专家无法识别仪器，错误“仪器没有返回IDN字符串”.2。
RS232到TCP / IP转换器类似错误，没有IDN响应。
那么在我的案例中是否可以使用BenchLink Data Logger来检索数据？
如果编写自己的程序是唯一的解决方案，那么如何在扫描期间“获取”数据？
（我可以在扫描结束时保存数据，但扫描过程中“抓取”会卡在那里）任何建议都会非常感激。

I am trying to connect 34970A to a laptop with RS-232. Two methods

1. RS232 to USB converter
As shown in another post, Agilent connection expert cannot identify the instrument, with the error “The instrument did not return an IDN string”.

2. RS232 to TCP/IP converter
Similar error, no IDN response.

So is it possible to use BenchLink Data Logger to retrival data in my case?  

If writing own program is the only solution, how to “fetch” data during scanning? (I can save data at the end of scanning, but "fetch" during scanning will stuck there)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
