EDK platgen在构建硬件时失败

大家好，
我们尝试将许可证从一台PC迁移到另一台PC（Windows 10）。
我们在构建期间遇到以下错误。
“错误：EDK  -  platgen失败并出现错误！15：15：31 make.exe [3]：*** [implementation / system_pcp_intc_wrapper.ngc]错误2.”
通过单独的SR我们得到确认，这不是许可错误。
请帮助我们解决这个问题。

Hello All,

We tried migrating our license from one PC to another PC (Windows 10). We got the following error during the build.

"ERROR:EDK - platgen failed with errors! 15:15:31 make.exe[3]: *** [implementation/system_pcp_intc_wrapper.ngc] Error 2."

Through a separate SR we got confirmation that this is not a licensing error.

Kindly help us with the issue.
