Micro u***或JTAG用于编程FPGA

Hello we want to devide if we use the u*** circiut or just a simple JTAG connection to program an own designed board containing an Virtex 6 FPGA and a BPI memory connected to the FPGA.

Anyone got a recommendation?

Anyway is the program of the CPLD Coolrunner 2 (for parallel to serial conversion) of the ML605 board and the USB controller CY7C68013A available to reuse the design?

Implementing the USB-JTAG circuit that is on the ML605 is not allowed as noted on the schematics.  If you must include a USB-JTAG circuit then please purchase the Digilent JTAG-SMT1 module which is fully support in the Xilinx software and is ultimately a cheaper and easier solution to implement.
 
Note: I would strongly encourage you to not implement a USB-JTAG circuit on your boards as the per-unit cost likely does not justify the addition and if you want your customers to use it then they will have to download and install a 1+GB software suite.

Does it need to be reprogrammed in the field by users who don't have a JTAG programming cable? If so, USB will be cheaper and easier than giving out Platform Cable USB programmers.
 
If programming only needs to be done during manufacture, it would be far cheaper to just provide a JTAG header and no USB circuitry.
 
Not sure about the ML605 design but if you're after a USB controller based on the FX2LP for JTAG and bidirectional data transmission, you could consider FPGALink.
