It is supported with webpack installation. Can you confirm if Vivado installation has zynq enabled when installed?
 
Vivado > Help> Add Design tools & devices >
 

 
Also try to reinstall the drivers if zynq parts are installed.
Follow the steps on page#30 https://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/sw_manuals/xilinx2018_2/ug973-vivado-release-notes-install-license.pdf
