I tried the latest Vivado that only supports Virtex 7 devices if I got it right.
I tried ISE 8.2 but the Download Manager did not start.
Now I have tried to download ISE 12.1. Again the download manager failed (the firewall is deactivated).
I looked for a direct download link, but I did not find one.
 
Do you have any more suggestions ?
