Vivado Webpack 2017.3安装失败

Hello @fandrei,
 
I have been talking to some other install experts and it turns out that we have seen some other users with the similar issue before and the issue was due to the fact that if the Vivado installer of any versions cannot be launched on Windows, you’d need to check the services settings for the status of 'Server' service. It seems our installer need this service running.
 
Can you please double check if this is up and running in your case? See my screenshot below.
If it's not running, can you start this up and then see if the installer can successfully be started then? Thanks

1. Which OS and its version are you using for Vivado Webpack 2017.3 ?

3. Have you installed microsoft redistributable 2015 on your machine? If not, please install it first.

3. Which redistributable? If you mean VC++ 2015 redist - I have only the VC++ 2017 redistributable installed, and the version from 2015 can't be installed when the later version is present.

1. VC++ 2015 requires for Vivado 2017.3 . You have to install it. To download it you can go through https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685     - After installing it, you need to reboot your system.
 
2. And can you provide the snapshot of the error message or any last pop up you face before it fails silently? 
3. Also try to make your antivirus inactive for sometime while installing Vivado if you are using any on your machine.
