Vivado WebPACK提示需要VC ++可再发行组件

At the end of the Vivado WebPACK install, the VC++ 2012 redistributable installer launches, along with a message that a bad return value was received from the installer. I proceed to install it anyway, and it does nothing, as I already have it installed (I have the latest version of Visual Studio installed). The Vivado installer tells me to run the VC++ redist installer from the Vivado directory, which I do. Again, this finishes quickly with success.

However, when I launch Vivado, the same prompt comes up for the VC++ 2012 redist install again. I tell it to go ahead, and it once again completes. However, after some time, I get a timeout message regarding some Vivado batch file...and the app never launches.

How can I fix this? I have a shiny new Artix 7 arriving tomorrow, and am anxious to start dev on it. I already use ISE for my Mojo, but need Vivado for the new board.

Can somebody please help with this?
