Windows 10上的ISE Webpack 9.2没有任何反应

当我尝试安装此版本的ISE Webpack时，没有任何反应。

When I try to install this version of ISE Webpack nothing happens. The windows installation troubleshooter opens up and let's me select another version of windows that the program worked with. I tried al of the ones available on this list. None worked. I am trying to use this older version of ISE to match the one at school. Would a newer version be better and similar enough to 9.2?

First, Windows 10 is not supported with ISE 9.2.
 
Which device are you using? Check this answer record for the device support: http://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/15938.html
From the above answer record, use the latest ISE that supports your device and use the supported OS for that ISE version using this answer record: http://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/18419.html
