Chipscope许可证收到错误

我有spartan 3a评估套件，我试图将Chipscope ILA添加到我的设计中但是我在实现的设计部分中收到了错误。

I have spartan 3a eval kit and I tried to add Chipscope ILA to my design but I received error in implemented design part.

Hi,

As out of 3 license only 1st license is useful for ISE and i.e. webpack license. ISE has feature of ILA/chipscope but you need separate license to use this feature.

You can contact Xilinx sales/Xilinx distributor for sales related query.
