The E4406A only has a 10 MHz wide digitizer. So, in the Spectrum or Waveform measurements, this is all the bandwidth you can get. However, for some of the measurements in the various applications, they could take multiple acquisitions and stitch the FFTs together to achieve a wider span. For instance, the Spectrum Emission mask in the WCDMA personality can be setup to stitch trace data together over a wider span.
