I have just read the article, but my system does not have a webpack.lic. when I downloaded ISE I created a webPack license through the online license mananger and choose WebPack. xilinx emailed me the following Xilinx.lic file which is the one that contains Web_PACKAGE information. When I re-generate a new file (the previous shown and import that one using the license mananger it detects the license and says that the ISE edition is the system edition, but the rest of the FPGA devices are not shown in the project window , although I can see in the D:Xilinx14.2ISE_DSISE that the device that I want to target is there
