Thank you so much for your reply. Yes I knew about the issue and hence ignored the warning. But the bit stream gen failed. Okay now I re ran the entire design and it works. Guess the new licence was not updated into the system or something. Not sure what happened. Restarting the comp helped! Weird..
 
Any ways its solved.
