The original computer has ISE 11.1 and I just tried it on another with ISE 11.2
 
Here's part of the message I got from ISE 11.2 when using Remote Desktop.

 BTW, I don't see a 'TSK_OK' entry in the license file located at C:.Xilinxwebpack.lic
