  We am using a N5242A PNA-X with A.09.90.07 firmware to try and generate a correction set for IIP2Hi measurements.
When the calibration is complete the correction set appears to be saved but when attempting to apply the correction set I get an error message 516, “Critical parameters in your current instrument state ....”.
This occurs even if I attempt to select the correction set via the GUI and select "Change parameters to match.." and regardless of previous instrument settings.

Unfortunately, no. But I will check on what can be shared.
I can say that it would appear that when performing the CalAll for IIP2Hi the stop frequency we are trying to calibrate to is not doubling when doing the calibration. For IIPHi shouldn't the stop freqency of the cal be doubled? The frequency span *appears* to stay the same.
Also part of the problem may be that we are including a channel configured for IIP3 type measurements in the CalAll along with IIP2. I am not aware of anything that would cause these two types of measurments to be incompatible but possibly there is?
