The report_utilization at tcl console gives you the slice utilizations also as shown in snapshot below.

Well, I did run with 2 level of hierarhy. See attached report I've got. It does not have the slice usage.

Can you try it in GUI mode rather than in text file? There was a CR filed to fix this in GUI and remove few headers.
