ESXi 6.0.0上的网格K2

I am working on an install for VMware Horizon View 6. The hardware is an IBM/Lenovo x3500 M4 with a Grid K2 GPU.

I have installed the driver on the host as per the instructions and rebooted but it is not loading apparently. When I run vmkload-Mod -l | grep nvidia I get nothing. When I run nvidia-smi It says "NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running."

I have searched and I am coming up empty. Any help is appreciated.
